This is the name of our comprehensive care offering. Hedfirst care combines the experience of licensed medical providers with the power of artificial intelligence to provide unprecedented levels of insights with less bias and more accuracy. Membership is based on an annual cycle and includes a range of benefits which will continue to expand overtime. At launch, members enjoy two full 30 minute provider sessions, a free at home core metabolic lab kit, downloadable AI medical assessment report, waived prescription consultations and unlimited patient concierge messaging.
What is an AI medical assessment?
An AI Medical Assessment is a personalized, downloadable health report generated after your consultation. Think of it like your medical 360, all in one place. It blends your medical history, provider insights, lab results, and any other documents you share — all analyzed by AI — to give you a complete, longitudinal view of your health.It’s not just a visit summary. It’s a living, growing document that helps reframe how care is delivered, especially for complex or under-diagnosed conditions.
Can non-members buy medications?
Yes, you do not need to be a member to buy prescription medications. However, medical consultation fees typically apply so that a licensed medical professional can review your prescription order. These fees are waived for our AI Care Members.
Can I speak to someone to find out if Hedfirst is right for me before making a decision?

What if I already have a primary care provider?
